Procedure:

1. Check whether any warning message or label is damaged or missing.
2. Replace any warning messages and labels which are missing or illegible. If necessary, you

can order the labels using the order number stated above. Contact the Service (see
Section 15, page 74).

10.3.8 Checking the LEDs

Procedure:

Check the status of the LEDs (see Section 9.1, page 49) and eliminate the errors.

10.3.9 Checking the Bolted, Clamp and Plug Connections

Danger to life from electric shock due to live voltage
High voltages are present in the live components of the DC subdistribution. Touching live
components results in death or serious injury due to electric shock.

• Disconnect the inverter from all voltage sources on the DC side (see the inverter manual).
• Disconnect the DC subdistribution from voltage sources (see Section 8.2, page 47)
• Disconnect all DC sub-distributions that are connected in parallel in the DC connection area

(see the manual of the respective DC sub-distribution).

Procedure:

1. Disconnect the DC subdistribution from voltage sources (see Section 8.2, page 47)
2. Remove protective covers in the DC subdistribution (see Section 12.2, page 63).
3. Ensure that the bolted connections of the power cabling are securely in place.
4. Check whether there is any discoloration or change in appearance of the bolted or clamp

connections at the insulation or terminals.
If bolted or clamp connections show any such discoloration or change, replace them.

5. Ensure that all connectors are intact and securely in place.
