10.3 Maintenance Work

10.3.1 Checking the DC Load-Break Switch

1. Disconnect the DC subdistribution from voltage sources (see Section 8.2, page 47)
2. Check whether the DC load-break switch has disconnected the contacts as follows:

If you are using the alarm contact set (see Section 14, page 72), check on the user

interface of the inverter whether the switching state of the DC load-break switch is
displayed correctly.

• If no alarm contact set is in use, check in the

inspection window of the DC load-break
switch whether the switch is open.
or
Use a continuity tester to perform a
continuity check.
