Removing a Database
>>> Caution: This will delete the current News database.
If the Microsoft SQL Server program is ever to be removed, this drop should
be done first. Otherwise, remnant files will interfere with future installations of
the News database.

Ensure that the Failover Service is stopped before dropping
the news DB.
Drop will delete the News 4.1+ database on this machine!
