The media has been formatted by something other than this unit, and this can cause
the following problems.
i When recording, writing data might not occur in time, resulting in errors.
i MEDIA READING will take more time.
We recommend using media that has been formatted by this unit.
Operation messages
As necessary, the following messages will appear in the time display area.
1st line Meaning
1 POWER ON The system is starting up and initializing.
2 DEVICE ERROR The device cannot be detected. Please contact TASCAM customer support.

NO MEDIA
Media is not loaded in the current device.

MONITOR
Now monitoring inputs.
5 MEDIA READING Now reading from media.
6 MEDIA ERROR Failed to read media.

UNKNOWN
The media is in a format other than FAT. Format the media with the unit in order to use
them together.
8 INITIALIZING MEDIA Creating data in order to use this media with the unit.
9 RECORD STAND BY Now in recording standby.

INFORMATION WRITING
Now writing recording information.

FLASH LOADING
Now loading flash-start data.
12 Fs CHANGING The system’s sampling frequency is being changed to match that of the current track.
