Assembly Foils/Connectors
MKIV units 3, 4 19
Tighten screws into connector holes. Make
sure a drop of adhesive entered each screw
hole. If not, apply to screw.
Use bushings, connector, wedge and
adhesive in other screw hole and insert
into other foil. Use 1–1 1 /
4
ml of
adhesive.
Use “ml”
marks to
estimate 1
to 1 1 / 4 ml of
adhesive. Stop when you see a
small amount of adhesive
enter one screw hole.

Inject only a small amount of adhesive
into middle hole.
Tip: When you see a small amount
of adhesive enter one screw hole,
stop! You have applied
enough adhesive.
