5. Press USB Update.

6. Press Update Product Data to update the data files.

If you have more than one Product Data file stored on your USB Flash Drive, select the
file you want to install then press OK.

7. A message appears when the file is loaded. Press OK to continue.

8. Remove the USB Flash Drive.

You can use a USB Flash Drive to transfer updated Application Software from your PC to your
printer. Save the latest application in the root directory of a USB Flash Drive.

1. Turn on the printer.

2. Plug the USB Flash Drive into the USB port on the side of the printer.
