Selecting your Ne tw ork Time Server
If your printer is connected to a network with Internet access or to a network time server, use
this screen to adjust the settings.
1. From the Network Settings screen, press Netw ork Time Settings.
2. Select the check box if you want to automatically synchronize your clock with a Network
Time Server.
3. To add a new Network Time Server press Add. Use the keypad to enter the server address.
Press Enter on the keypad each time you complete a field.
To edit an existing Network Time Server, select the server name from the box then
press Edit. Use the keypad to change the server address as needed.
To remove an existing Network Time server, select the server name from the box then
press Remove.
4. Adjust the frequency at which your clock synchronizes with the Network Time Server. Use
the + and – buttons to adjust the setting up or down.
5. Press OK when you are finished.
