9.5.5 How to measure trace values
The measuring function can be activated by using the “Measure” button in the menu “Scope” or
by pressing the following button in the toolbar:
When activating the measuring function a info bar with all relevant values appears on the left
side of the scope view and two horizontal and vertical cursors are displayed in the screen.
Info bar:
Cursors in scope screen:
The two horizontal cursors can be used to measure the recorded signal in Y-direction, the
vertical cursors are for measuring the time axis (X-direction).
Values in the info bar:
Cursor 1 shows the value of the top or left cursor, Cursor 2 refers to the bottom or right cursor
and Delta calculates the difference between the two values.
