8.6 Saving a Text File
Save text with the current file name
Select “Save” from the “File” menu or click on the following button in the toolbar.
The text file is then stored under the current file name. The first time the file is saved a dialogue
box will open, in which you can select where to save the file and under what name.
Save text file under a new name
Select "Save as" from the "File" menu. A dialogue box will open, in which you can enter the
required file name. You can also define the path in which the file will be saved.
8.7 Printing a Text File
Select “Print” from the “File” menu or click on the following button in the toolbar.
A dialogue box will open. The user can print the current text file by confirming with "OK".
You can select a printer, the number of pages or the print range. By clicking on properties you
can also configure settings for the currently selected printer.
The printer will use the font type and size that have been set in the text editor. These can be
configured under "Format" -> "Font".
