3.1.1 Loading from the local non-volatile memory
When loading the configuration data locally, the device loads the configura-
tion data from the local non-volatile memory if no SCA is connected to the
device.
3.1.2 Loading from the AutoConfiguration Adapter
If an SCA is connected to the device, the device always loads its configura-
tion from the SCA.

Select the
Basics: Load/Save dialog.
In the "Load" frame, click "Local".
Click "Load configuration".
