IGMP Querier and IGMP settings
With these frames you can enter global settings for the IGMP settings.
Prerequisite: In the Switching:Multicasts:Global Settings dia-
log, the IGMP Snooping mode is selected.
Select the Switching:Multicasts dialog.
"IGMP Snooping" allows you to enable IGMP Snooping globally for the
entire device.
If IGMP Snooping is disabled, then
X the device does not evaluate Query and Report packets received,
and
X it sends (floods) received data packets with a Multicast address as
the destination address to all ports.
"inactive" disables IGMP Snooping.
