up by different control modes' VAO tables.
4.10.3.4 Output Settings
The VAO module now supports 4 PWM output channels for users'
selection. You may set multiple channels to output the same
control signals at the same time. Individual VAO modules are now
opened with specific APS_start_vao() functions.
