7.2 ASTM Method
The “transm. + haze” parameter is
selected, the comp port is covered,
and the device is ready to carry out
measurements in accordance with
the ASTM method. Place your
specimen at the haze port and
press “operate”.
The following message appears:
“Measurement active”.
The result is shown on the display
and measurement is complete.
Transmission measurement follows
the same procedure as that
described above.
7.3 Haze Measurement
If the Haze parameter is selected,
the procedure is identical to those
for the ISO and ASTM methods.
Place the probe on the haze port
and press “operate”. The result is
appears after the “Measurement
active” message.
