HCW-15 32mm and 36mm

Headset Wrench

The HCW-15 is a double-ended wrench used

when adjusting most threaded-type headsets.

HHP-2 Bearing Cup Press

The HHP-2 accurately aligns

and presses 1”, 1-1/8”, 1-1/4”,

and 1.5” headset cups. In

addition, it presses cartridge

bearings and cups into one-

piece bottom bracket shells

and holds fixed cup wrenches

firmly in place when removing or

installing adjustable-type bottom

brackets. See information sheet

packaged with tool for complete

instructions.

HMR-4 Shop Hammer

PAW-12 Adjustable Wrench

The PAW-12 is a heavy duty 12” adjustable

wrench that opens to 36mm for use when

adjusting headsets or when removing freewheels

or cassette lockrings.

PH-1 P-Handled Hex Wrench Set

Designed to install and adjust brakes, derailleurs,

saddles, seat posts, handlebars, stems, water

bottle cages, etc. The long shaft of each wrench

is fitted with a Bondhus balldriver for hard to

reach bolt heads. The short shaft is straight, for

fully tightening bolts in high torque applications.

polyurea grease specially formulated

for use with headsets, hubs,

bottom brackets, and other bicycle

components.

RT-1 Head Cup Remover

The RT-1 makes headset cup

removal easy. The tool is pulled

through the frame until the flared

ends snap in behind the cup. A

blow on the tool head removes

the cup. Fits 1”, 1-1/8”, 1-1/4”

as well as some low profile and

internal head cups.

3. Place PW-4 on left pedal. Holding right

crank for leverage, turn PW-4 clockwise

until pedal is removed.

Pedal Installation:

1. Apply grease to threads of both pedals.

2. Thread right pedal (marked “R”) clockwise

into right crank by hand. Tighten with PW-4.

3. Thread left pedal (marked “L”) counter-

clockwise into left crank by hand. Tighten
with PW-4.

PW-4 Pedal Wrench

A pedal wrench is necessary for removing and

installing pedals for replacement, service, or

packing a bike for shipment.

Instructions:

Pedal Removal:

1. Shift chain to largest chainring. This

helps protect hands and arms from sharp

chainring teeth.

2. Place PW-4 on right pedal. Holding left

crank for leverage, turn PW-4 counter-

clockwise until pedal is removed.

ball bearings and crank cotters.

HCW-4 36 mm Box-End

Wrench and Pin Spanner

The HCW-4 is a double-ended

wrench used to remove, install

and adjust adjustable-type

bottom brackets. The 36mm

box end wrench fits most fixed

(drive side) cups and the pin

spanner fits most adjusting

(non-drive side) cups.

HCW-5 Lockring Wrench

The HCW-5 is a double-ended wrench designed

to remove, install, and adjust the lockring on

most adjustable-type bottom brackets.

HT-8 8mm Hex Tool

The HT-8 is used on pedals that require an 8mm

hex wrench for removal and installation. It also

is used for removal and installation of 8mm

socket head crank bolts.

NP-6 Needle Nose Pliers

The NP-6 is a professional quality needle nose

pliers for grabbing cables, extracting debris from

tires, and other grasping and crimping tasks.

OBW-4 Offset Brake Wrench

The OBW-4 is a thin offset wrench

with 10, 11, 12 and 13mm openings

to fit the centering flats, pivot nuts

and lock nuts on many dual pivot

and side pull brake calipers.
