These guidelines have been prepared for the professional contractor to aid in the installation of:
FORMWORK SINGLE HOLE LAVATORY FAUCET (STYLE# FMLS50) AND SINGLE HOLE BAR
FAUCET (STYLE# FMKM30)
All dimensions are based on original specification and are subject to change and variation.
Please consult your Design Associate for current specifications.
9. Inspect all connections for leaks.
10. Close the drain and fill the sink with water to make
sure the drain stopper and gasket operates and
seals properly.
11. Re-install the flow restricting aerator.
SERVICE THE CARTRIDGE:
¾ See Figure 3 for steps 12 & 13.
12. Remove the SET SCREW from the back of the
joystick HANDLE. Unthread the COVER, and lift
handle to remove COVER, PLASTIC WASHER &
HANDLE.
13. Unthread RETAINING COLLAR to remove
CARTRIDGE from SPOUT ASSEMBLY.

Putty contains oils and can cause permanent
discoloration on certain materials such as marble,
granite and any porous surface.
2. Insert the SPOUT ASSEMBLY with the SUPPLY
HOSES & THREADED ROD through the hole on the
mounting surface making sure the RUBBER GASKET
is underneath the spout.
3. Re-install the RUBBER WASHER, METAL WASHER &
NUT (in that order). Tighten the NUT to secure the
spout.
DRAIN INSTALLATION (FMLS50 ONLY):
¾ See Figure 2 for steps 4 - 7.
4. Remove the DRAIN FLANGE from LOWER DRAIN
BODY and remove the RUBBER GASKET.
5. Set the DRAIN FLANGE in the drain hole using putty
or a clear adhesive silicone depending on the
mounting surface material.*
6. Making sure the RUBBER GASKET and PLASTIC
WASHER are on the LOWER DRAIN BODY, thread
the LOWER DRAIN BODY onto the DRAIN FLANGE.
Securely tighten the LOWER DRAIN BODY, making
sure the RUBBER GASKET makes a full seal on the
underside of the lavatory. Putty or a clear adhesive
silicone may be used to ensure a water tight seal
between the RUBBER GASKET and lavatory.*
7. Attach the TAILPIECE to the LOWER DRAIN BODY
using the DRAIN NUT, making sure the RUBBER
WASHER is in between the LOWER DRAIN BODY
and TAILPIECE.

INSPECT THE INSTALLATION:
8. Remove the flow restricting AERATOR using the
tool provided, then carefully open the hot and cold
valves to flush out any debris in the supply lines. See
Figure 1.
