301 Troubleshooting - Other scanner problems

When using IS Scan:
When you install the IS Scan Software using the default installation proce
dures, the on-line Help for IS Scan(Bjscan2.hlp) exists in the IS Scan
folder. Follow the procedure below.

Open the Program Files folder in Drive C.

Open the Canon folder in the Program Files folder.

Open the IS Scan folder in the Canon folder.
4
Open the "Bjscan2.hlp" file.
5
Click Messages to select the appropriate item.
Open the on-line Help.
