5.2.1 Dynamic IP
In the default dynamic IP addressing mode, your ISP automatically assigns
the IP address of the access point to it.
This type of connection applies to most Cable Internet subscribers, for
instance:

Singapore Cable Vision subscribers.
•
@HOME Cable Service users.
Changing WAN Type – Dynamic IP Configuration
At the Dynamic IP WAN
Setup page:
You can review the:
- IP Address
- Network Mask
- Gateway IP Address
- Primary DNS
- Secondary DNS
Your ISP dynamically allocates these parameters to the access point.
