15. Checking MFP Settings
Switching on MFP

Connect the end of the power cord to the port on the rear side of the machine and plug the
power cord to the properly grounded wall outlet.

Switch on the machine.
When initial warm-up is completed, [Ready] message appears to indicate that the machine
is ready to receive data.
If the message other than [Ready] appears, see P. 5-19「 Understanding MFP Messages」

Check your PC and make sure that other peripheral equipments are on.

Move to the next step.
Printing System Report
You can print the system reports to see initial settings and check if all options are properly installed.

Make sure the machine is on.

Press 【MENU】 button.

Press 【▲】or【▼】 button until [Reports] appears.
Then, press 【OK】 button.
