This spectrum is a Blank Correction, and is a
typical shape. The shape may vary slightly,
depending upon the spacer used. Vision applies
the correction automatically to all subsequent
spectra taken with this Data Collection Method
(DCM).
When finished, click on “Close Report” to
proceed.
Because the correction is tied to a particular DCM, it is suggested that a separate project or DCM be
used for samples taken with different size cuvettes or vials. If the DCM is used for a different size
cuvette, Blank Correction must be repeated with the new spacer.
