If one of the attributes in the list is 0, the values in the table don’t apply.
Attribute 0 is a special case for lengths.
For instance 1, the size must be 12 (6 words). The command writes to
registers 14-19, the diagnostic counters. For example, you could use this
command to clear diagnostic counters.
