Using the "Virtual master" function
Instead of a real master, you can also use a "virtual master" for operating the electronic
gearbox. In this case, one drive in the network acts both as a (virtual) master and the first
slave drive. The master value generated by the "Virtual master" function in the TA is
transferred to the other slave drives via the digital frequency output:

Based on the previously described short setup, the following additional settings have to be
made for the master drive for using the "Virtual master" function:
1. Select "Virtual master" as master value source (C03052) in the Overview dialog level.
2. Click Virtual master to change to the dialog level Overview Virtual master.
