Note!
If the mains voltage is switched on and no supply voltage DC 24 V is
applied, the AS−i status bits have the value TRUE. This may cause the status
messages to be misanalysed (e. g. "ready for operation").
Remedy:
l Monitor the incoming cable of the supply voltage DC 24 V for wire
breakage. The wire breakage monitoring must be integrated into the
safety chain of the machine/system.
or
l Assign an AS−i status bit with the signal "TRIP":
– C0415/5 = 25 or C0415/6 = 25
– Then, "TRIP" is also signalling, when the supply voltage DC 24 V is not
applied anymore.
