To enter an Input or Output Name, click in the cell for the desired I/O and type the
name. For example, to enter the Input Name ’SIGNAL3" for Input 3, click in the third
cell down in the Input Name column and enter the name (see
Figure 3-13 ). The
example shows the name typed as Signal3, which will be converted by the Editor
to SIGNAL3 so that it is formatted correctly for the Controller. Clicking anywhere
else on the window, or clicking OK, will accept the name (see
Figure 3-14 ).
Any names entered on this page will be shown on the Main Page under the Input
Names group and the Output Names/Types group. Both of these groups are found
under the System Parameters group.
