5.3.2. LCC/LCD2-14 Class A Oven Operation
1. Verify the purge time with the time listed on the nameplate (Figure 18).
2. Turn the yellow/red
DISCONNECT SWITCH
to ON (Figure 17).
3. Press the
POWER
for ON.
4. Close the main disconnect switch.
5. Press the
START
push button.
6. Start the profile. The exhaust fan will start, the airflow
switch will actuate, and the purge timer will begin
timing.
7. When the purge period is complete, the oven will
begin heating.
5.3.3. Working with Protocol 3 Operating Modes
Refer to the Protocol 3 Controller Owner’s Manual for specific information for working with the
controller.
5.3.4. Sequence of Operation for LCC/LCD2-14 Ovens Equipped with
Optional Beacon Light
1. After starting the oven (refer to Section 5.3.1), the Protocol 3 controller initializes.

solvent. Exceeding this amount could result in an explosion. Do not
process closed containers of any substance or liquid in this oven
because they may explode under heat. In case of fire, leave door(s) as
they are. Shut off electricity. Shut off fuel. Call the fire department.
