Viewing Reports
Reports are generated from predefined or previously saved searches. They can
be viewed online or downloaded as a PDF. When a report has been generated
you can refine the search by adding filters or changing the conditions of the
search. You can save your changes as a new search or replace a previously
saved search, and filters can be saved separately as a filter set.
To view reports from a predefined or saved search:
1.
Click the Reports links to display the Reports pane, or click Reports from the
Reports left-navigation menu.
The available searches are displayed in two tables:
•
Custom reports
•
Predefined reports
See “Pre-defined Searches and Reports” on page 81.
2.
In the Time zone list, click a time zone. The default is UTC.
Searches do not include time-period information so you must provide this
each time you generate a report.

The pre-defined time periods are:
•
