9. Ensure the protective cover(s) are removed from all sensor(s) and replaced in the holder for
safekeeping.
10. Refill the humidity trays (see Using the humidity trays on p. 22). When you reinstall them,
ensure that the trays are pushed fully back.
11. Leave the incubator/shaker on overnight to allow conditions to stabilize.
12. When the incubator/shaker has stabilized, carry out an Auto-Zero and reprogram the desired
CO
2
level. It may be necessary to open the glass door briefly if, after performing an
Auto-Zero, the CO
2
level is too high.

If for any reason you need to return your S41i for servicing or any other reason, you will need a
product return authorization.

Hint!
As you remove the black CO
2
sensor cover, be very careful not to accidentally remove the white
porous sensor cover; this must remain in place.
