A New Entry dialog box appears.
2 Enter the address information and click Add.
New names are added automatically to the Fax Phone Book when you
click Add.
Editing addresses
1 To edit an address:
m Select an address in Fax Phone Book and click Edit in the Fax Sender
dialog box, or
m Double-click an address in Fax Phone Book while holding down the
Option key.

Parentheses and dashes can
be included in the Fax # and
Voice # fields.
You must fill in the Last Name
and Fax # fields. The other
fields are optional.
