The exported spreadsheet contains 10 columns (columns A through J). The current configuration
definition area consists of the 1st through 7th columns (columns A through G) in the spreadsheet.
The 8th through 10th columns (columns H through J) in the spreadsheet remain blank.
1.
In RWC, select Actions > Other Functions > Configuration File Loader.
2.
Change to modify mode by clicking the Modify icon.
3.
In the Configuration File Loader window, click Select Sheet and then select the product whose
access attributes you want to export.
4.
Click Export.
Note: If you use a Web browser for UNIX systems, the Download Manager dialog box can
display. If this dialog box displays, close it.
5.
In the Volume Retention window, enter or browse to a path where you want to export the file
in the File Name on Client field. You must follow the file name requirement.

6.
Complete the following fields:
•
LDKC
•
CU group

Click Export. The spreadsheet is exported to the location you specified.
Editing CFL-based spreadsheets in Volume Retention
The following is a list of best practices when editing definitions:
•
Change current settings by entering a different parameter. The format must be the same as
the existing setting.
Change definitions by overwriting them in the current definition area. Use the same definition
format.

Add new definitions when the current setting is blank and has not yet been specified.
•
Delete unused function tags by removing them from the current configuration definition area
of the spreadsheet.
NOTE:
The function tags that remain in the spreadsheet with existing definitions are deleted
from the spreadsheet when you import the spreadsheet.

Use this procedure to edit CFL-based spreadsheets in Vol Ret Z. You edit the spreadsheet by adding,
changing, and deleting the definitions in the current configuration definition area of the spreadsheet.

Launch a spreadsheet application, such as Microsoft Excel, and open the spreadsheet.
