Specifying settings for sending mail
If you specify settings for sending mail, an e-mail can be sent to pre-registered addresses when an
error occurs during processing of the Application Agent backup command.
You specify the settings for sending mail in the mail send definition file
mail.conf
of Application
Agent.
mail.conf
is found at the following location:

Application-Agent-installation-directory
\DRM\conf
mail.conf
is a text file that has the same format as
init.conf
.
The character codes that can be used in the mail send definition file are limited to ASCII.
