Troubleshooting
- Problem : The LNK/ACT LED of the Ethernet 1.2 of the BACnet Gateway is not lit/blinked.
→ The LNK LED is lit when the LAN communication of the Gateway correctly operates.
- Expected cause : The power is not applied to the hub
The Gateway is disconnected from the hub
The Gateway is not connected to the hub with direct cable
- Diagnosis
Is the power is applied
to the hub?
Apply the power to the hub.

Is the Gateway connected
to the hub?
If it is connected with the cross cable,
replace it with the direct cable.

Connect the gateway to the hub.
