option allows the terminal operator to set
the form/receipt dimensions (settings are based on 1/10 inch).
Example: 30 = 3 inches; 26 = 2.6 inches
The maximum media height and width values are not programmable and are deter-
mined based on the actual dimensions of the paper installed.
The range of settings allowed for height, width, vertical, and horizontal offset will
be based on the maximum settings.
The vertical offset is the space from the top margin before printing begins. The
horizontal offset is the space from the left margin before printing begins.
