option allows the terminal operator to perform the fol-
lowing functions:

SSISTANCE
. This function allows user to enable/disable voice
assistance. If disabled, the remaining selections are also disabled.
2.

OLUME
. This function allows user to set the volume as Low (default),
Medium, High, or Highest.
3.

PEECH

ATE
. This function allows user to set the speech rate to Slow,
Normal (default), Fast, or Fastest.
4.

ELECTION
. This function allows user to set the voice as Microsoft
Mary (default), Sam, or Mike.

. This function allows user to enable/disable
the message that is spoken when the number <5> key is pressed while the
“Welcome” screen is displayed.
