The valve manufacturer’s identification number as defined by the Fieldbus Foundation.

The valve model number.
● Valve S/N
The valve serial number.
● Act. Manufacture
The actuator manufacturer’s identification number as defined by the Fieldbus Foundation.
● Actuator Model
The actuator model number.
● Actuator S/N
The actuator serial number.
