NOTE
1. Dust-tight conduit seal must be used when installed in Class II and Class III environments.
2. Installation should be in accordance with the National Electrical Code® (ANSI/NFPA 70) Sections 504
and 505.
3. The confi guration of Associated Nonincendive Field Wiring Apparatus must be FM Approved.
4. Associated Nonincendive Field Wiring Apparatus manufacturer’s installation drawing must be followed
when installing this equipment.
5. No revision to drawing without prior FM Approvals.
6. Terminator and supply unit must be FM Approved.
7. If use ordinary wirings, the general purpose equipment must have nonincendive fi eld wiring terminal
approved by FM Approvals.
8. The nonincendive fi eld wiring circuit concept allows interconnection of nonincendive fi eld wiring
apparatus with associated nonincendive fi eld wiring apparatus, using any of the wiring methods
permitted for unclassifi ed locations.

10. For this current controlled circuit, the parameter (Imax) is not required and need not be aligned with
