Sounds
Sounds settings are used to customize the sounds for ring
tones, notifications, and reminders.
Select
Settings from the Start menu, then select Sounds
in the Settings screen. The Sounds screen will open, in
which you can specify what sound file to use for the follow-
ing functions:
• Ring tone
• Reminders
• New E-mail arrival
• New text message arrival
• New voice message arrival
• New instant message arrival
• New channel message arrival
• Alarm clock
• SIM toolkit messages
• Exclamation
• Question
• Warnings
• Keypad control
After selecting one of the fields above, you can press the
navigation pad Right or Left to select different sounds. Or,
press the Action button to open the Select an Item screen
to view the entire list of sounds available for that field, and
select from that screen.
You can use the menu in the Sounds screen to
Play or
Delete the selected item.
Press the Left Softkey ("Done") to save all changes.
