4. Replace the sample probe and tightly screw in the Cheminert fitting.
5. Use the software to perform an automatic probe height adjustment.
NOTE: Perform an automatic probe height adjustment any time the probe is
removed.

xPONENT Software User Manual.

Make sure the instrument is idle, so there are no moving parts. Open all of the Luminex

instrument doors and visually inspect for leaks, corrosion, and other signs of
improper function. Check all visible tubing connections.
