Injection:

1. Place the injection nozzle into the mould injection port or connect to mould through

an Injection valve.

2. Press green

“Start” button - Machine will inject until pre-determined count is reached.

3. Disconnect the injection pipe from mould and place Sprue Plug in mould injection

port or disconnect the injection pipe from the Injection valve.

Note: Pump pressure and MPG pre-set level can be adjusted during injection to
optimize the injection speed. DO NOT exceed the maximum safe injection
pressure for the selected mould.

Injecting with Inline Heaters:

These procedures should be followed each time an injection, or series of injections are
carried out.

Before Injection with Inline Heaters:

1. Check the incoming air pressure gauge reads at least 6 bar (87psi).

2. Ensure there is sufficient resin, catalyst and solvent to complete the Injection cycle.

3. Turn the main Electrical Power

“On” – located on the side of control cabinet.

4. Check secondary pump is set to required ratio.

5. Recirculate the material and adjust the pump pressure regulator to the required

setting. (Suggested initial setting of

– 1 bar (15psi))

6. Turn the Heat control

to the “On” position and adjust the Controller to the desired

temperature. Recirculate the material long enough to bring the material to the
desired temperature.

7. Push the Stop Button to stop the recirculation.

8. Adjust the MPG pre-set regulator until the required maximum injection pressure is

indicated on the MPG preset level gauge. (Suggested initial setting

– 2 bar (29psi))

9. Set pre-determined count to required count number. Press counter reset button to

set output count to zero.
