Operating Controls:
Start Button:
Begins machine operation
– Injection of material through the Injection Head. Press the
“Start” Button to put the unit in Injection Mode.
Stop Button:
Stops machine operation
Recirculation Button:
Press the “Recirculation” Button to put the unit in Recirculation Mode
Press
“Stop” to take the unit out of Recirculation Mode
Emergency Stop Button:
Removes all air pressure from the machine and deactivates the ‘On’ switch.
Pump Speed Pressure Gauge:
Measures air pressure being sent to the resin pump air motor.
Pump Speed Pressure Regulator:
Adjusts the air pressure fed to the resin pump air motor, with reading shown on pump
speed pressure gauge.
