MPG Signal Gauge:
This gauge indicates the MPG signal pressure being sent to the resin pump auto-
regulator. The lower the pressure, the slower the pump speed.
Resin Gel Alarm (RGA) & Indicator:
The RGA unit alarms after a pre-determined period of time (set by the operator) to warn
that the machine needs to be either flushed or restarted. If the RGA is in an alarm state
the indicator will turn red.
Catalyst Overpressure Valve & Indicator (OP):
The catalyst overpressure valve will shut the unit down if the catalyst / hardener
pressure reaches 1000psi and the Indicator on the control panel will turn red.
Main Air Pressure Gauge:
This gauge indicates the Air Pressure set at the main system regulator. This should not
be more than 6bar (90psi) to prevent damage to some components in the system.
Machine Air Slide
‘On’ Switch – located on the side of the main cabinet:
Activates the machine. De-activates in the event of either the emergency stop button
being pressed, or if the air supply falls below 1 bar.
