Hach Lange GmbH warrants that the supplied product is free of
material- and processing defects and undertakes to repair or to replace
any defective parts at zero cost (no composition- or durability
guarantee).
Deviating from our general terms of business, a limitation period for
defect-related claims of 12 months applies for the devices of the EVITA
series.
