MS4645B/MS4647B Measurement Uncertainties (Reflection)
The graphs give measurement uncertainties after the above calibration. The errors are a worst-case contribution of residual directivity, load and
source match, frequency response and isolation, network analyzer dynamic accuracy, and connector repeatability. 10 Hz IF Bandwidth is used. For
transmission uncertainties, it is assumed that S

= 0. For reflection uncertainties, it is assumed that S

= 0. All calibrations and
measurements were performed at 0 dBm or default port power, whichever is less. For other conditions, please use our free Exact Uncertainty
Calculator software, available for download from the Anritsu web site at www.anritsu.com.
