Tear Bar/Peel Bar
Use a lint-free cloth with 100% ethanol
alcohol to wipe the tear bar/peel bar.
Clean as needed.
Sensor
Use a vacuum or compressed air.
Clean monthly.
Exterior
Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.
Clean as needed.
Interior
Brush or vacuum the interior.
Clean as needed.
CAUTION: Do not touch the printhead to avoid getting fingerprints on it. If unavoidable, use
ethanol alcohol or a thermal printhead cleaning pen to clean the printhead. Use 100% ethanol or
99.7% Isopropyl alcohol. DO NOT use rubbing alcohol, which can damage the printhead.
