T O CUSTOMIZE A TROY MARK BACKGROUND PATTERN :
1. From the Main Window, click on Settings, and
then click on TROYmark Pattern.
2. Click on Options. Choose a basic density level
(light or dark), then select the density
percentage. The pixels in the preview screen
can be clicked ON (black square) or OFF (white
square) to customize the density level of the
background pattern. Up to three user-defined
density level patterns can be saved using
Custom 1 (default), Custom 2, or Custom 3.

3. Click on Update Printer to send these settings
to the printer’s flash-file memory.
4. To verify the correct density level, click on Yes
to print a test page. Click on OK to continue.
NOTE: TROY IRD 9050 1 UP series printers must have the 100-sheet multipurpose tray installed to use standard-size
forms for printing test pages.
