Configuring Speech Settings
To start Speech Setting, tap Start, Programs, then Speech Settings.
You can also start Speech Settings by tapping Tools, then Settings on
the Mail Speech or the Text Speech screen.
Reading tab
Select any of the following:

Tone—Changes the tone of the voice (default value: 0).
•
Speed—Changes the reading out speed (default value: 0).
•
Default Value—Reset all values to the default.
•
Not read more than 2/3 marks—If selected, the continuous
marks on the text are skipped when reading out. You can define
the skipping case (continuous 2 or 3 marks) from the pull-down
list.
You can input text directly in the text area, using the Input
Panel.
The maximum size of a text file or clipboard data to be
read is about 16K characters.
Text Speech starts reading from the cursor position.
