Conference Setup > Creating Conference
Enter user or group names in the Editors or Users text
fields one per line or separated by a semicolon, in the
following formats:
Local usernames:
MACHINENAME\user.name:Display Name(optional)
Domain and LDAP user and group names:
Users:
user.name:
Display Name(optional)
Groups: @group.name
Editors . Editors can edit and delete a conference.
Users . Users can view the conference.
Entry in this field is disabled if Allow access to all
users checkbox is selected.
Allow access to all users.
If Allow access to all users
checkbox is selected AND
Guest access is enabled in
Site Settings, all guests can
view the conference.
If Allow access to all users
checkbox is selected
AND Guest access is not
enabled in Site Settings, all
authenticated users can view
the conference
