Enlarging an Image
Enlarging an Image on the Display
Enlarging and Sliding

Set the mode dial to PLAY (
).
• The camera enters PLAY mode, and the
monitor displays the last image that you
took.

Use the arrow pad to select the image that
you want to enlarge.
• You can select images using either full-size
display or index display (p.64).

Push the zoom lever to T (
) one or more
times.
• Each time you push the lever to T, the image
enlarges another step: to 1.5x, 2x, 2.5x, or
3x.

Now use the arrow pad to slide (“crop”)
the enlarged image as necessary so that
the desired area appears on the monitor.

Push the zoom lever to W (
).
• Each push reduces the enlargement one
step.
Note that you cannot select a different
image until you return the current image to
its original size.
