To add picture frame:
1. Tap the Frame icon .
2. You can add a frame for any picture you like.
Rotate:
1. Tap the Up and Down icon in the toolbar.
2. Tap the Rotate list box in the toolbar.
3. Tap an item in it, e.g. Rotate 270.
To adjust size:
1. Tap the Resize icon in the Toolbar.
2. Input the length, height, and width, then tap OK.
Select Rotate 270
