Aperture-priority AE [Av]
In this mode, you set the aperture and the camera automatically sets the shutter speed
according to the lighting conditions.

Press and hold the Shooting
Mode Selector button and turn
the Main dial until “Av” appears
in the Top LCD panel.

Release the Shooting Mode
Selector button.

Turn the Main dial until the
desired aperture value appears in
the viewfinder or Top LCD
panel.
