Applications: To Do List
Options Menu
When you select the Options menu, its commands displays on screen.
Purge Deletes To Do items that you mark (check) as complete. All complete
To Do List items remain in the To Do List until you use this command.
The default setting is “Save archive copy on PC.” This removes
complete To Do items from the To Do List, but retains copies and
transfers them to an archive file on your computer the next time you
perform a HotSync operation.
Beam Item Beams the current To Do item to another SPT 1700 terminal through
the IR port.
Beam Category Beams all To Do Items in the current category to another SPT 1700
terminal through the IR port.
Font Displays the Select Font screen where you can choose a different font
(text) style for your Address Book entries. Refer to
Choosing Fonts on
page 3-23 for details.
Phone Lookup Activates the Phone Lookup feature, which is described in Using
Phone Lookup on page 4-4.
Security Allows you to change the Security on a To Do List item. You can hide,
show, or mask an item. Refer to
Chapter 15, Applications: Security for
details.
