Short cuts

Descriptions with example

A short cut is a series of commands that is stored under

a short cut name and can be activated from the list of

short cut names in the same way as a directory entry.

Short cuts are very useful for base stations at which the

Gigaset 2000C must be operated with key combinations.

You can store operating sequences or inputs for base sta-

tion settings.

If you want to check your own call allowance account, for

example, the following inputs are necessary via the menu

or keyboard:

# 2 2
In this case, a short cut would contain the following ele-

ments:
"S # 22BS“.
A macro created with the input function could be entered

in the short cut list under the name "Unit check", for exam-

ple. It is activated with:

short cut is provided with the system macros (➔ page

83).

containing all of the available short cuts. If the list is emp-
